PHOTOS Cheeseology opens DIY cheesemaking studio in Ybor City

Cheeseology, a locally-owned make-your-own cheese workshop, has now opened its brick-and-mortar studio in Historic Ybor City (1527 E 7th Ave). “Our vision is to be the premier provider of cheese-making experiences where people come together to make lasting memories,” write owners Paul and Kelly in the company vision statement.

Bookings for February classes are now open. You can sign up now on their website.

Cheeseology launches classes in partnership with Big Storm Brewing

Cheeseology’s wine expert Meredith has hand-selected boutique vineyards with small production runs so visitors likely will be trying wines that they can’t get anywhere else. It might be one of the coolest, and tastiest indoor activities in Tampa.
