Y’all ready for a little escape? Frontier Airlines has launched new daily nonstop flights from Tampa International Airport to San Juan, Puerto Rico. This is part of a huge plan that adds four premier vacation destinations to its array of offerings at TPA.

“Cheers to new daily nonstop service from Tampa, Florida to San Juan, Puerto Rico, and to Montego Bay, Jamaica twice-weekly! We are celebrating with fares starting at $89!*” Frontier representatives wrote in a statement celebrating the inaugural flight.

Frontier Airlines is one of the greenest airlines in the country. Supervisors have worked hard to cut down on emissions with its fleet of planes. The low budget airline has rapidly expanded its base in the Tampa Bay region, and is regarded as the second fastest growing airline in the country.

Earlier in the spring Frontier and TPA announce 4 new nonstop routes to some of the best destinations in the world. These routes include: San Juan, Puerto Rico; Punta Cana, Dominican Republic; Montego Bay, Jamaica; Santo Domingo, Dominican Republic.

The airline is the only carrier to provide service between Tampa and Montego Bay.

Want to go abroad? TPA just landed new flights to mainland Europe aboard Eurowings. The four-times-per-week service is Eurowings’ first flight to the United States and is a clear signal of the strength of the Tampa Bay market.

“We’re absolutely thrilled to welcome Eurowings to Tampa Bay and to restore service to Europe and beyond,” said TPA CEO Joe Lopano. “This is a critical connection for both European travelers coming to Florida and Floridians looking to travel the world. Frankfurt is one of Europe’s largest hubs and truly opens up the rest of the world. And, Florida, as we know, is the vacation destination of choice for so many across the pond.”
